Return & Refund Policy
1. 30-Day Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date your order is received. Items may be used or unused. All returned items must be in their original condition.
2. How to Start
To start a return, contact us at support@everydayfamilystylesstore.com or (855) 493-1790. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
3. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued back to your original Visa or Mastercard. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
5. Damaged or Incorrect
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve it promptly.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order. Please return the original item for a refund, then place a new order for the replacement.
